Indiabulls Ventures Ltd Grants 95 lakhs Stock Options

The Compensation Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Ventures Ltd has, at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, granted, under the "IndiabuIIs Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009", 95,00,000 (Ninety Five Lacs) Stock Options representing an equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each in the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 16.00, being the latest available closing market price as on May 11, 2016, on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The Stock Options so granted, shall vest uniformly over a period of 5 years beginning from May 13, 2017, the first vesting date. The options vested under each of the slabs, can be exercised within a period of 5 years from the relevant vesting date.
