Idea Cellular Ltd allots 47287 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated March 21, 2016 allotted 47,287 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further, the Company has note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,509,378 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,005,093,780/-.
