IL&FS Financial Services Ltd to issue NCRCPS

The Board of Directors of IL&FS Financial Services Ltd at its Meeting held on March 09, 2016, has approved the proposal of issuance of non-convertible redeemable cumulative preference shares on private placement basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
