HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 1287400 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on February 25, 2016, 1287400 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5052186234 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5054761034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.946.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 949.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103799 in over 2814 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 957.4 and intraday low of 942. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98520224.
