AXIS Bank Ltd allots 212431 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 2,12,431 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 19, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,84,55,580 (237,92,27,790 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,88,80,442 (237,94,40,221 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.393.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 373.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 758663 in over 14161 trades.
