Mphasis Ltd approves exercise of 10000 ESOPs

Mphasis Ltd has announced the exercise of the 10000 Employee Stock Option (ESOP) under the ESOP 2012 scheme. The same has been approved vide exercise register dated November 13, 2015.

The terms and time period of exercise of the ESOP is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.

Shares of MPHASIS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.508.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 498.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19362 in over 1055 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 517.9 and intraday low of 500. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9899562.
