V-Guard Industries Ltd allots 19884 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 15, 2015 has allotted 19,884 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised the stock options under Employees Stock Option Scheme, ESOS 2013. Among the 19,884 equity shares, 9,933 and 9,951 shares were allotted at Rs. 10/- and Rs. 485/- each respectively.
