Trident Ltd announces Trust Deed of Trident ESOS Trust

Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and in terms of the Listing Agreement entered into by Trident Ltd, Trident ESOS Trust has been formed to acquire/deal in Equity shares of the Company through secondary market route.

Shares of TRIDENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 962498 in over 5006 trades.
