JM Financial Ltd allots 107492 Equity Shares

Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board of JM Financial Ltd, at its meeting held on September 22, 2015 has allotted 1,07,492 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

Shares of JM FINANCIAL LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 127781 in over 989 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.05 and intraday low of 42.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5536718.
