Pursuant to the approval of stock exchange and Shareholders' approval for the issue of equity shares on preferential basis at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 08, 2015, the Board of Directors of Amsons Apparels Ltd in its meeting held on June 11, 2015 approved the allotment of 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par.
