Religare Finvest Ltd will open the issue of the Series L Partly Paid Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each for Cash at par upto Rs. 740 Crores in one or more Tranches on Private Placement Basis of Religare Finvest Limited on June 22, 2015.
