Kaveri Seed Company Ltd allots 158900 shares

At the Compensation Committee Meeting of Board of Directors of Kaveri Seed Company Ltd held on April 13, 2015 have made allotment of 1,58,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company at a premium of Rs. 32/- per share under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 6,88,96,195 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to 6,90,55,095 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/-each.
