Pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, Repco Home Finance Ltd has allotted 3,050 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 623,576,470 representing 62,357,647 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
