CCL Products India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited financial results and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Un-Audited financial results and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
