Savera Industries Board to consider dividend

Savera Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider to recommend a Dividend for the financial year 2006-07, if any.

3. To take on record the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
