Muthoot Finance Ltd allots 254008 shares under ESOP 2013

The ESOP Committee of Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Ltd at their meeting held on March 06, 2015 has allotted 2,54,008 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. The paid up Capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,97,71,24,110 consisting of 39,77,12,411 equity shares to Rs. 3,97,96,64,190 consisting of 39,79,66,419 equity shares.

The Board granted (third Tranche of 'Muthoot ESOP 2013') 3,25,000 options @ 50 Rs. per option as per the list of Employees as placed before the Committee and approved by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.

Shares of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.220 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14051 in over 880 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 221.15 and intraday low of 216. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3073045.
