Shree Rajasthan Syntex fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.
