Sunshield Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2007.
