Repco Home Finance Ltd raises Rs. 100 crores through Private Placement of NCDs

Repco Home Finance Ltd has raised Rs. 100 Crore by mode of private placement of 1000 Non Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10,00,000 each (at par), carrying an annual coupon rate of 9.55% and maturing on February 27, 2018.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.649.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 657.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96713 in over 1410 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 664.9 and intraday low of 637. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62775115.
