Minal Engineering Board recommends 10% final dividend

Minal Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, has transacted the following:

1. The Board recommended to pay final dividend to the members of the Company @ 10% on the paid up equity share capital subject to approval of the members in the ensuing annual general meeting.

2. The Fractional bonus shares which were credited in the account of the trustee, Mr. Mayur Parikh, were sold and the proceeds being received by the Company, the Board approved the payment of the same to the fractional shareholders on basis of their fractional holdings.
