Alka Securities Board to consider final dividend

Alka Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Adopt the audited financial result of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the auditors report thereon.

2. To consider and propose final dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
