Kalyanpur Cements Ltd to raise Rs. 10.62 crores

The Capital Raising Committee of Kalyanpur Cements Ltd at its meeting held on October 08, 2014, has considered and approved the issue of 1,06,24,527 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 1,062.45 lacs.

The ratio is fixed as 1 (One) Equity Share for every 2 (Two) Equity Shares held on the Record Date. The Issue Price is Rs. 10/- (Ten only) for cash per equity Share.

The entire amount is payable on application.
