Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd allots 12 lakh shares to GIIC Ltd

At the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on September 03, 2014, Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has allotted 12,00,000 (Twelve lacs only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (GIIC Ltd), a Promoter Company of GSCL, in compliance to the Order dated December 06, 2012 of Hon'ble BIFR. These shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares.
