Sujana Universal Board approves allotment of shares and warrants

Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, has been passed the resolution for issue and allotment of 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and 49,00,000 warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10.50/- per share / warrant to the promoters group and others.
