BAG Films allots warrants convertible into equity shares to promoters and non promoters

The Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd in its meeting held on July 16,2014 allotted 80,000,000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to allottees at a price of Rs. 3.40/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1.40 per share) against 25% upfront money received by the Company.

Shares of B.A.G.FILMS & MEDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.87 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14518 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3.88 and intraday low of 3.66. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 55156.
