Sri Adhikari Brothers allots FCCBs

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has allocated 1.50% foreign currency convertible bonds aggregating US$ 2 million as a part exercise of the option of over-allotment of US$ 3 million.
