Wintac Ltd to seek shareholders nod for Rights Issue of Equity Shares upto Rs. 35.00 crores

The Board of Directors of Wintac Ltd have also approved the proposal for obtaining the necessary Shareholders Approval through Postal Ballot pursuant to the provision of Section 108, 110 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 on increasing the Authorised Share Capital of the Company, consequential amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company and Rights Issue of Equity Shares.
