Bank of Maharashtra to consider preferential issue on May 13, 2014

The Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra in its meeting to be held on May 13, 2014, may also consider the matter of raising equity capital by way of Preferential Issue of equity shares to LIC of India.

Shares of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46136 in over 470 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.5 and intraday low of 36.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1706045.
