Cigniti Technologies approves allotment of 84707 shares

The Board of Directors of Cigniti Technologies Ltd at its adjourned Board Meeting held on May 08, 2014, approved the allotment of balance 84,707 equity shares to promoters and others on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 218.40 per share.
