Future Market Networks sells preference shares in Bansi Mall Management Company Pvt. Ltd.

Future Market Networks Ltd has transferred 10,00,000 Preference Shares held by it in Bansi Mall Management Company Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores Only). The said preference shares were transferred to the Company pursuant to a scheme of amalgamation with KB Mall Management Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary which was approved by the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay on March 15, 2013.
