Control Print to consider preferential allotment on Jan 27, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Control Print Ltd will be held on January 27, 2014, to approve the allotment of 10,00,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares to the Promoter Group of the Company on preferential basis.

The Shareholder's Approval towards Preferential Issue of Warrants was obtained vide Postal Ballot on December 11, 2013.
