Pledge invoked on shares of Suryachakra Power Corportaion Ltd

Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has announced that "While verifying our Benpos record dt.13.12.2013 sent by our Registrars and Transfer Agents M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited, we notice that the above said shares of 24,31,434 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each which were pledged with M/s. JBF Industries Limited were transferred by invoking the pledge from the account of M/s. Aasrit Energy Private Limited."
