Himachal Futuristic allots equity shares at Rs.26.45 on conversion of FCCBs

Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has announced that on September 04, 2006, the Company converted 10, Series ´B´ unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Series ´B´ FCCBs) of US$ 100,000 each into 16,86,200 Equity Shares at the price of Rs 26.45 per share.

Therefore, the issued and subscribed capital of the Company has now been increased by 16,86,200 Equity Shares and stands at 41,58,15,158 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.
