Abhishek Industries Board to recommend dividend

Abhishek Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Financial Results for the Accounting year and Quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend, if any.

3. Employee Stock Option plan of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.50. The total traded quantity was 28100 compared to 2 week average of 27151. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21 and intraday low of Rs.20.45.
