Bihar Caustic Board recommends 15% dividend

Bihar Caustic & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 15% on equity capital of the Company subject to approval by Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.95, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.57.50 and low of Rs.53.25. The total traded quantity was 39994 compared to 2 week average of 45230.
