Foseco India Board declares interim dividend of Rs.2

Foseco India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, has declared a first interim dividend of Rs 2/- per equity shares of Rs 10/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.365.85, up by Rs.12.50 or 3.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.373 and low of Rs.364.95. The total traded quantity was 2413 compared to 2 week average of 472.
