Kerala Chemicals & Proteins Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year 2006-07.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the year 2006-07

The stock was trading at Rs.66.15, up by Rs.3.15 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.66.15 and low of Rs.65. The total traded quantity was 476 compared to 2 week average of 2751.
