Centurion Bank of Punjab picks 25% stake in CERMA

Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd has announced that the Bank has taken a stake of 25% in Centurion Executorship, Trusteeship, Real Estate Management and Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (CERMA).

S N Gupta & Co., a leading Law Firm is the other stake holders in CERMA.

CERMA will offer Estate Planning Services, Escrow & Custodial Service and Real Estate Management and Advisory Services.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.10, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.45 and low of Rs.38. The total traded quantity was 123006 shares compared to 2 week average of 153571.
