TIL Board to declare dividend

TIL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2007 to approve the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007.

The Company is not publishing the unaudited financial results of the Company for the last quarter of the year.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board may consider in the said meeting declaration of dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial year 2006-2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.186.60, down by Rs.1.30 or 0.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.191.70 and low of Rs.186. The total traded quantity was 1773 shares compared to 2 week average of 1996.
