Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Board recommends 20% final dividend

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Equity Dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2 per share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.232, up by Rs.2 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.233.40 and low of Rs.230.05. The total traded quantity was 6146 shares compared to 2 week average of 48229.
