Reliance Capital Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 3119.50 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 2855.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 3223.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 4073.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 6461.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 5376.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 6520.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 8838.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2007.
The consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a Net Profit after Minority Interest and Share of Profit of Associates of Rs 3060.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 3039.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 4138.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 8287.50 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
The consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a Net Profit after Minority Interest and Share of Profit of Associates of Rs 7032.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 5713.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 9470.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 21578.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2007.
