GTL Infrastructure files draft offer letter with SEBI for rights issue

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Company has filed the Draft Letter of Offer with Securities and Exchange Board of India and the stock exchanges on March 21, 2007 for its Rights Issue. Accordingly in terms of the undertaking given by the Company for reporting of transactions in securities by Promoter / Promoter Group, based on the intimation received by the Company from GTL Ltd, the Promoter Company, further the Company has informed that GTL Ltd has purchased 3,00,000 equity shares on April 19, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.33.70, up by Re.0.70 or 2.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.80 and low of Rs.33.25. The total traded quantity was 380062 compared to 2 week average of 275377.
