Arshiya International to issue 1,36,00,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Arshiya International Ltd at its meeting held on September 20, 2012, has approved the proposal to issue 1,36,00,000 number of Warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 145/- per warrant to Mr. Ananya Mittal, being a person forming part at the promoter/promoter Group, on preferential basis, subject to shareholders and other approvals, and in accordance with applicable SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time.

The Board also approved the notice of convening an Extra-ordinary General Meeting at the Members of the Company to be held on October 18, 2012 in Mumbai.

The Arshiya International Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.133.15, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135 and low of Rs.129.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.76 lakhs.
