Shree Precoated equity shareholders & secured creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the separate meetings of the Equity Shareholders and the Secured Creditors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2007, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Anik Development Corporation Pvt Ltd (ADCPL).
