IID Forgings Ltd to consider acquisition of stake in NVOCC company

IID Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, a proposal for acquiring substantial stake in a neutral NVOCC Company in India would be placed for consideration of the Board.

The stock closed the day at Rs.723, down by Rs.14.75 or 2%. The total traded quantity was 575 shares compared to 2 week average of 1335.
