Sakthi Finance to finalise Rights Issue Letter of Offer on April 23

Sakthi Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 12, 2007, the draft Letter of Offer was taken up for consideration and after a perusal of the same, it was decided to finalise the Letter of Offer at the Board Meeting to be held on April 23, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.85, down by Re.0.82 or 6%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.55 and low of Rs.12.85. The total traded quantity was 1850 shares compared to 2 week average of 2913.
