Mercator Lines redeems 3,00,000 NCDs

Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the Company have redeemed 7th Installment of 3,00,000 - 10% NCDs of Rs 100/- each aggregating Rs 3 crores on April 10, 2007 out of above mentioned privately placed debentures.

Accordingly, the outstanding NCDs is now 30,00,000 - 10% NCDs of Rs 30/- each aggregating Rs 9 crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.41.70, up by Rs.2.65 or 6.79% on volume of 700304 compared to 2 week average volume of 255158 shares. The stock had hit an intraday high of Rs.42.30 and low of Rs.39.95.
