NR International Board Meeting postponed

NR International Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on April 10, 2007 could not be held due to some unavoidable reasons and decision regarding Amalgamation of Shree Maruti Steels & Castings Pvt Ltd with the Company is postponed to the next Board Meeting. The date of the next meeting regarding the matter will be intimated later on.
