ING Vysya Updates on change in name of Insurance Agency

ING Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has made an application on April 05, 2007 to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority with a request to change the name in the Life Insurance Corporate Agency licence from "ING Vysya Financial Services Ltd" to "ING Vysya Bank Ltd", with the intention, of carrying on the activity, which was hitherto carried on in the name of "ING Vysya Financial Services Ltd" (IVFSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, which is a non material non listed Indian subsidiary.
