Geojit Financial Services Ltd has announced that that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposal to change name of the Company to "Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd", subject to the approval of Members of the Company, Registrar of Companies and other necessary statutory approvals.
